Budget-Aligned Approach
At our core, we believe every project deserves a fair chance, no matter the size of your budget. We start by discussing your goals, expectations, and budget openly. Many clients initially underestimate costs, our role is to provide clarity, outlining precisely what is achievable within your specified budget. You'll get a clear breakdown, allowing you to choose whether to proceed with your current budget or adjust the scope for added features and functionalities.
Modular Pricing for Maximum Flexibility
We price projects by breaking them down into clear, manageable modules. This strategy provides two significant advantages:
- Step-by-Step Invoicing: You only pay as we progress. Together, we'll create a project plan structured in modules. If budgets tighten along the way, we can pause after completing a module and resume when your finances allow.
- Scalable Development: You can start small with a fully functional basic version of your project. Later, when ready, we seamlessly integrate additional modules, enhancing your project as your resources grow.
Honest and Transparent Pricing
Transparency is fundamental to how we do business. We openly share how our pricing works, reflecting the true costs involved as well as what we earn on the project. Our hourly rates range between €75 – €100, varying based on the technology required. Complex tasks demand higher expertise and meticulous attention, thus justifying higher rates. Charging fairly ensures we stay highly motivated and that you receive timely, high-quality results.
Comprehensive Post-Project Support
Our commitment to your success extends beyond project completion. We include four weeks of complimentary support following project delivery, giving you ample time for questions, minor adjustments, or clarifications. While deeper training sessions or significant changes post-approval may incur additional charges, you'll always have our transparent advice on the scope and cost involved.
Non-Profit Projects
We believe in good Karma so we want to give something back to the community and the world as well. How can we do that with our profession, keeping to do what we are good at? Simple: We take on projects for free that serve a good cause or a community purpose. Here's how it works:
Anyone can submit a project via the website, via whatsapp or even instagram. Projects should be described in detail so we can evaluate the cause as well as the estimated workload.
Then, once a quarter, we go through all submissions and choose one project. The submission time has absolutely no effect on whether the project gets chosen or not. It's not even randomized but we choose the project that we simply like the most, can identify the best with, or believe the most in at the time.
If a project hasn't been chosen at a time, it can be submitted in the next run again and will be equally considered. We do delete the record every quarter due to the nature of projects being handled by another party in the meantime.
In times where we have no submissions, we will participate in open-source projects whenever we find the time
